Getting Back In The Game

Y'all, I haven't run in more than a month. Yikes! There are a couple of different factors contributing to that, but this blog is not about having a pity party so we're moving right along. My goal this week is to run every day, rain or shine. There is a race in Sydney, the City2Surf, on August 8 and I'm thinking about signing up for it. It's a 14K (about 8.7 miles) so I've got a looooong way to go. I'm up for it and I'm motivated so I'll let you know how the running restart goes.
